What do we offer
Mind Body Breath Therapy offers individual Counselling and Eco Therapy sessions as well as Mindfulness and Parenting programs and Nature Based Therapy workshops and retreats

Parenting Programs
We offer Mindfulness-based and Emotion coaching parenting programs which aim to improve relationships within the family and reduce parental stress

Individual Counselling
I offer a safe, compassionate and genuine space in my counselling sessions. Utilising my full mindful presence I am very much person-centred and yet I have a solid evidence-based theoretical support behind my knowledge.

Forest Bathing and Nature Therapy
I have been running Forest Bathing sessions for the last 3 years and I am thrilled to be offering this new modality of deep healing through Nature

Mindfulness Training Programs
Mindfulness Practice can be truly a life changing when taught in depth and I am very grateful to offer this opportunity. Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is an amazing and life transforming program. Please check MBSR section for more details .

Hi,
My name is Yulia Mitchell and I am a registered Mental Health Clinical Counsellor and qualified Mindfulness-Based-Stress- Reduction Teacher. I hold Masters in Counselling (Monash) and
Level 1 Certification in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teaching (MTIA). I am currently undertaking further Advanced Eco Therapy training.
I have experience working with young people and adults and I am passionate about facilitating the change and transformation in my clients life.
My mission is to provide a high quality evidence-based treatment in a safe, compassionate, trauma-informed and nurturing environment for your healing journey. I will support you in overcoming challenges, exploring negative thought patterns, and help you understand the root causes of your emotions and behaviours. By equipping you with effective tools and strategies, I aim to help you navigate life's obstacles with mindfulness and resilience and assist your deep and compassionate connection with your Self.
